Can I see who has opened my email?
Yes, of course! The second anyone opens your email, we record the exact date & time and present that to you in an online report. If that same person opens it again, we’ll track that, too.

Do you offer online training?

How should I load my list into my email account?
It is very easy to load your mailing list into your account. You can upload files directly from Microsoft Excel .CSV, or .TXT. No matter what contact management or CRM program you are using.
Can I send myself a test of the email?
Yes! In the email creation wizard you will be asked if you want to email yourself a test copy. This way you can see exactly what it will look like in your inbox.
